Lovely
Wonderful stay-- better than I even expected. Very clean, very cozy and well-appointed, and it's clear that the owners work very hard to make the whole experience easy. The website doesn't do justice to how kid-friendly it really is-- we came with a 1 and 3 year old, and the place was so fun-- front yard you can see them playing in while cooking, with a cute little toddler digger toy and a hammock; slide in the backyard; box of toys in the backyard and living room; tons of kids books and games; kids dishes in the kitchen; etc etc. Looooved it, wish I could just own it myself. :) Hope to return next year.
Thought of it all
Baywood Casita was an excellent house from start to finish. Kylee & Nick have really thought of everything a guest might need for a truly memorable and stress-free stay. They’re super responsive, understanding, and friendly. The house is loaded inside and out, with a hot tub, a fenced front & back yard for the dog, modern features inside, AC/heat, a fully stocked kitchen (including pots/pans, cutlery, and appliances) with even some basic food supplies (spices, condiments, coffee, flour/sugar, etc.). Outside they also have a grill, a fire pit, beach chairs, and bikes you can use. Not to mention the location. Very peaceful & quiet street, and right next to the Elfin Forest, a big highlight. We had an awesome time - highly recommend!
Very cool!
Baywood Casita is a very cool, relaxing place to stay. It is obvious the homeowner cares about their property - everything is beautifully maintained. The hot tub is a nice bonus, and being able to walk to the Elfin Forest just a block away was great. My wife and I, plus our 13 year old daughter and 16 year old dog loved the stay and wanted to stay longer than the 4 nights we already had. Looking forward to coming back soon!
